Join Medical Herbalist Luke Ó hErodáin for a series of engaging and accessible evening one-hour talks on the fundamentals of herbal medicine.
Whether you’re just beginning your journey into natural health or you’re curious about how herbs can support wellbeing in daily life, this session offers a welcoming introduction to the subject of Herbal Medicine.

This week’s subject:

Detoxification & Cleansing: Supporting the lymphatic system, liver and dealing with parasites.

What to Expect:

• A relaxed, informal talk exploring the subject in question
• Herbal teas and coffee available for 2€ throughout the evening by our kind host as well as their organic pressed apple juice (the fee helps to contribute towards the venue – cash only)
• Time for questions and open discussion
• Book & online resource recommendations
